Systemically orientated intervention

Ms S was not primarily interested in solving a problem; she was trying to get some clarity regarding her own future career and wanted a chance to look carefully at her options. When we had gathered the necessary information for the constellation, we decided on a particular constellation form that we call a “company culture constellation”. 3

In a company culture constellation, in addition to the people and organisations involved, higher values and principles are also represented.

We chose this form of constellation because in this case it is not only a question of a career difficulty, but a values choice as well.

Sparrer and M. Varga von Kibéd point to the importance of basic values as resources in organisations and note that certain problems in organisations are connected to a disregard for a basic value. Regardless of the concrete ideological orientation of a company, it appears that an organisation can only function harmoniously when three basic principles are respected.
